Micro Paradox began in Northern California from a practical need: reliable clonal walnut material. In a market long served by Paradox walnut seedlings, growers needed uniformity and predictable performance that traditional propagation couldn't consistently deliver.
Early work centered on hard‑to‑propagate species and disciplined R&D — building dependable, clean starts and validating methods that could scale without sacrificing quality.

Expanding into full‑scale wholesale
We expanded from specialized propagation into a full‑scale wholesale supplier, adding high‑volume rootstock programs and young plant programs. As we grew, we formalized breeder partnerships to steward elite germplasm into commercial production with consistency.
