Liners

• Standard lead time varies by product and availability (Ready Now vs. Pre-Book).
• Ready Now inventory typically ships the same week or the following week after order confirmation (excluding holidays).

TC

• Lead time varies depending on production stage and build-up.
• No customer-requested delays are permitted.

Order Modifications

The following changes may be requested: ship-to address, ship date (delay requests), or shipping method. All change requests must be submitted in writing and received prior to shipment. Micro Paradox will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee modifications once an order is scheduled.

3. At-Once Order Cut-Off Policy

• Ready Now availability is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Orders are not secured until confirmed by Micro Paradox and inventory is allocated.
• Micro Paradox reserves the right to adjust quantities based on actual availability at time of fulfillment.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Orders are considered firm upon confirmation.
• Cancellation requests may be submitted for review; however, approval is at the sole discretion of Micro Paradox.
• Approved cancellations may be subject to fees depending on production stage and allocation.
• Ready Now orders cannot be canceled once confirmed and scheduled for shipment.

5. Claims Process

All claims must include clear photos of the product and packaging, along with a description of the issue (quality, count, or transport damage). Micro Paradox will review and determine resolution, which may include credit, replacement, or partial credit.

The following charges may apply depending on order and shipping method:

7. Volume Programs / Discounts

• Broker orders are not eligible for volume discounts.
• Direct customers may be eligible for volume-based pricing adjustments based on overall purchasing volume and ongoing business relationship.
• Volume discounts apply to ready-to-ship product only.
• Discounts are not retroactive.

8. Packing Specifications & Product Handling

Liners

• 72-cell trays (Ellepot or Growcoon)
• 3 trays per box
• 24 boxes per pallet
• Box dimensions: 22" × 13" × 17"

TC

• Up to 2,000 plants per box (depending on species and size)
• Removed from agar immediately prior to shipment
• Packed in sealed bags in insulated containers
• Plants should be planted immediately upon receipt

Dimensional weight is determined by the carrier (UPS / FedEx / freight). Freight shipments are preferred for large orders due to cost efficiency and reliability.

9. Availability

Liners

• Distributed via monthly email updates and available upon request.
• Includes Ready Now inventory and pre-booking / forecast opportunities.
• Website listings are for reference only and are not the primary ordering source.

TC

• Provided by request only.
• Material is typically pre-booked or built-to-order, with limited ready-to-ship availability.

10. Custom Orders / Contract Grows

Custom orders, contract grows, and program-specific production are subject to separate written agreements. In the event of any conflict, those agreements will control.

11. Pricing

All pricing is subject to change without notice. Pricing is confirmed at time of order acceptance.

12. Payment Terms

• Payment is due prior to shipment unless the customer has established credit terms with Micro Paradox.
• Customers with approved credit terms must pay according to their agreed terms.
• Micro Paradox reserves the right to withhold or delay shipments on accounts with past-due balances.

13. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Liners

Micro Paradox will coordinate shipment via courier (UPS, FedEx), freight carrier, customer-arranged pickup, or local delivery when available.

TC

Standard method is overnight courier. Ships Monday and Tuesday to avoid weekend delays.

Risk of Loss

For third-party shipments (freight, courier, or pickup), risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Micro Paradox is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss in transit. Ship dates are estimated and not guaranteed.

14. Plant Material Disclaimer

Plants are living products and may vary in size, shape, and performance. Proper handling and care after delivery are the responsibility of the customer.

15. Limitation of Liability

• Micro Paradox's liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
• Under no circumstances shall Micro Paradox be liable for crop loss, lost profits, or consequential or incidental damages.
• All plant material is sold without warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
