Scale Your IP With a Licensed Propagator

All rights and interest in your material remain with you. We propagate, distribute, track royalties, and remit payments — so your varieties reach commercial scale without leaving your control.

The Arrangement

You own it. We scale it.

Micro Paradox operates as a licensed propagator for IP-protected plant material. Licensing arrangements are non-exclusive — your rights are preserved and you remain free to work with other partners. We handle the production and commercial side: propagation, distribution, royalty tracking, and remittance back to you.

We work with breeders directly and with breeder agents managing IP portfolios. Whether you come to us or we come to you, the starting point is the same: a conversation about your material and whether there is a fit for commercial production.

What We Handle

End-to-end on the production side

Once a licensing arrangement is in place, we take responsibility for the full commercial production and distribution workflow. You focus on breeding and IP. We handle the rest.

Propagation

In-house production from licensed material — lab and greenhouse, with clean stock standards throughout.

Quality & screening

Pathogen screening coordinated with CSP Labs for material of commercial concern.

Distribution

Wholesale distribution through direct accounts and broker partners. Phytosanitary coordination for regulated or international shipments.

Royalty tracking

We track units produced and distributed against the licensing agreement.

Royalty remittance

Payments remitted to the licensor on a defined schedule per the arrangement.

Material integrity

Licensed material is handled under the terms of the agreement — no unauthorized use or sublicensing.

Is This the Right Fit?

We evaluate licensing arrangements on a case-by-case basis.

Good fit

  • Breeders or agents with IP-protected varieties ready for commercial scale
  • Material suited to tissue culture or controlled propagation
  • Licensors seeking a production partner who tracks and remits royalties
  • Programs with a defined path to wholesale distribution

Not a fit

  • Unprotected or public domain material
  • Speculative or early-stage genetics without a commercial path
  • Arrangements requiring exclusivity
