Agave asperrima - Rough Century Plant

Agave asperrima is a hardy, drought-tolerant succulent with thick, gray-green leaves with a rough, sandpaper-like texture and edges tipped with sharp, dark spines. Reaching up to 4' tall and 5' wide, it grows well in containers and contrasts well with other agave and drought-tolerant plants.
