Flowering Perennials & Accent Plants

Phormium 'Jack Spratt'

'Jack Spratt' is a dwarf variety of New Zealand flax that grows in a small, clumping form, does some spreading, and has narrow, twisting, reddish brown leaves. It has a glowing effect in the sun, and makes a great short border or accent plant. It does require some supplemental summer watering to keep it looking fresh during the hot months.
